Festive Table Decor
  • What is included in the rental cost?
    Please see rates/packages. Also included in all packages: Exclusive Venue Use . Catering Prep Space with Electricity and Sink. Wifi and Bluetooth Speaker access. Use of permanent furniture (cake table, misc. interior tables). Event furniture (tables and chairs) On Site Venue Manager available to answer questions and provide property maintenance
  • Do you hold dates?
    Due to the number of inquiries that we receive, we can only hold dates with a signed contract and deposit in hand.
  • How many people can Vibrant Soul Venue accommodate?
    For a sit down dinner and dancing with a DJ, we can accommodate up to 60 guests. We suggest a slightly smaller number (50) for maximum comfort.
  • Can we see the venue?

  • What's your policy regarding music?
    If you are wanting a DJ for dancing, we ask that you keep it at a reasonable level so the neighbors are not disturbed.
  • Can we decorate?
    Of course! We just ask that you use damage-free removable hooks in lieu of nails, tacks or tape. And, NO glitter or feathers please. **Make sure you read over your contract for more info**
  • When is the latest the venue can stay open?
    The latest the venue can stay open is 1:00am. Any client booking an event past 5:00pm will be required to have security that will be shouldered by the client. We can also hire one for you if you don't have any!
  • Will someone be there to unlock the venue before the event starts & will be locked after?
    We'll have a staff open the venue & turn it over to the client before the event starts. Once the event is done & our staff is not yet there, you can leave the venue with the door unlocked & lights off!
  • What is the Security Deposit for?
    This Refundable Security Deposit is returned within 3-5 days of an event provided there is no damage and the property was left according to the contract specifications.
  • Can I bring in my own Caterer?
    Yes! However, unless prior written permission is given, food must be provided through a licensed Catering company that has Liability Insurance. The catering company must also supply a copy of Certificate of Insurance.
  • What about Alcohol?
    You may supply your own. Alcohol may only be served through a TABC certified and insured bartender. (Please note that just because someone is licensed doesn't mean they are insured. You agree to these terms on our contract, so we will need to see proof of liquor liability insurance prior to the event.) We recommend that your caterer provide this service or we can refer you to some excellent staffing companies. Please note that we do not allow BYOB parties where guests bring alcohol.
  • What is the parking situation?
    We have over 30+ parking space.
  • How many restrooms do you have?
    We have two restroom.
